The Licence to Dream

Project HOPE is a recent police initiative being implemented in Kerala. The genesis of the initiative is in the empathy triggered by the fate of children who have failed SSLC or Std. XII exams. HOPE is an exclusive initiative for children who have failed or dropped out of school in the age group 12 -18.
